Cleanway Maintenance, Inc. has been committed to providing premier Commercial Cleaning Services, to Chicago and Chicago suburbs, for over 25 years. The outstanding customer service we offer can only be provided with consistent owner involvement and continuous attention to detail. We understand how important it is to keep your business looking professional and we want to dedicate ourselves to help you build and maintain such an image; that is why we go above and beyond our contracted services to ensure we contribute to your success. Cleanway services clients of different sizes and industries across most of Chicago and surrounding suburbs. No job is too small, or too big.

Cleanway's modular nature and extended experience allow us to customize a cleaning program for a large multi‐floored facility, as well as a one‐time cleaning for a small apartment. The majority of our clients have been with us for several years. This, higher than average client retention rate, attests to our service excellence and operational flexibility. To date, we service over 3,000,000 sq ft of commercial business space on a weekly contractual basis.

Cleanway Maintenance has implemented a new green cleaning program specifically designed to, not only improve your facility's environmental quality, but to ensure a safe and clean work environment for everyone.

By using advanced cleaning equipment as well as implementing green products, we want to make sure our customers and their customers are working in not only a clean environment but a healthy and safe one, too.
